Our summer school students had an exciting and educational visit from local EMS professionals, who taught them about the important role paramedics play in emergency situations. During the visit, students learned how paramedics respond quickly to calls, provide lifesaving care, and safely transport patients to hospitals. The EMS team demonstrated some of their equipment and explained how each tool is used to help people in need. Students had the opportunity to ask questions, explore the ambulance, and gain a better understanding of safety and helping others. It was a memorable experience that inspired curiosity and appreciation for those who serve in emergency medical services.
