Overton County Schools is committed to providing a safe and distraction-free learning environment for all students. Beginning this school year, there will be a new district-wide cell phone and personal electronics policy:



All cell phones, smartwatches, AirPods, and similar devices must be powered off and stored away for the entire school day.



This policy aims to minimize distractions, enhance student focus, and support classroom engagement and academic success.



We ask for your cooperation and support as we implement this change. Please discuss this new policy with your students to help ensure a smooth transition.
