National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week is always the week before Thanksgiving . OCS is proud to partner with local church and student groups to help meet the needs of this initiative. We know how important it is to volunteer time and resources to students and families. It is truly a blessing to help others in the community. We know that instructional breaks can be a time of stress as schools are not open during holiday breaks, and that is why we felt the need to take this opportunity to share with those that may need it the most. A special thanks to all of those involved in providing Thanksgiving meals for students and their families during the Thanksgiving holiday. We welcome others to partner with OCS as we help meet the needs of all students.
