Coding Students Earn Rewarding Recognition

Livingston Academy's Computer Science Foundations class recently submitted a small coding project for the STEMscopes Coding Competition. Mrs. Lora Clouse hosted the virtual event using the national platform as a way to teach students other ways to utilize coding in real-life. The students created and coded a greeting card, which was then submitted and judged. Six student winners were announced May 3, 2021 and two of those students were from Livingston Academy. Senior Johnathan Moree and Freshman Dylan Watson both won a gift card worth $50.
