This week, the Tennessee Department of Education, in collaboration with districts and schools across the state, is celebrating the unique role early postsecondary opportunities (EPSOs) play in preparing students for college and career during the 6th annual EPSO Week. Overton County is happy to participate while helping students and parents gain knowledge. Activities included EPSO word wall, table tents with FAQs, interactive bulletin board, guest speakers from postsecondary institutions, and campus visits.
Students at Hilham Elementary recently learned about the skeletal system in their study of the Human Body.
Third graders are learning all about the body’s skeletal system this week in CKLA. They decided to take a closer look inside and created their own x-ray of each kids hand.
